If you cannot recall your password when changing to a new device or after reinstalling the app, please reset your password by: Tap Log In. Tap Forgot Password?. Enter the mobile number or email address registered to your BuddyDo account. Tap Next and follow the instructions.
BuddyDo language depends on your device’s language setting to meet your best user experience. So if you intend to change the language of your BuddyDo, you can do so by simply change your device’s language. If you are using a language that is not supported by BuddyDo yet, English is the default language.

You don’t need to log out of BuddyDo even if you want to log in using your second device. BuddyDo supports multiple devices. But if you really intend to log out, you can find it from More -> Accounts -> Log Out.
If you can’t log in your account, please make sure your login account and password are both correct. If you forgot your password, you can tap Forgot Password and follow the instructions to reset your password and log in again.
If you were unable to receive the verification SMS, please make sure the mobile number you entered is the right number and try tap the Resend button to try again. Or you can contact your mobile service provider and check if you have disabled any SMS receiving functions.
